This noble Spanish grape has found a natural home at our Amador County ranch producing a well-structured red wine with aromas of spice, tobacco, and dark fruits. It has a ripe mouth coating texture, and delicious flavors that linger on the finish.

My dad fell in love with Portuguese ports in the 1970's and planted Touriga Nacional at our Amador County ranch in 1980. The vines have thrived, producing exotic table wines with distinctive floral notes, fresh berries, spice, and great complexity.

A new wine! 20 years in the making. In 2001 we produced our first Tempranillo. Over the years, we’ve perfected our viticulture and refined our winemaking to release our first Tempranillo Reserve. Produced from our best vineyard block, our vision was clear: to craft and create a Tempranillo of unparalleled excellence. The best grapes, the best barrels and the best blend all coming together in a wine of extraordinary quality. Our Tempranillo Reserve is a wine of bold character, full-bodied, with an astonishing depth of color, robust flavors, and enticing herbal aromatics. This wine will reward extended cellaring.

Our Heritage Red celebrates the historic varieties of Mohr-Fry Ranches. Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Alicante Bouschet come together to create a classic Lodi red wine that celebrates the beautiful sandy soils and vibrant Lodi sun. Spicy with pretty fruit flavors and delicious!

In the sandy soils and climate of Lodi, the fruit thrives, harmoniously balancing Petite Sirah’s bold and opulent nature. The result is a delicious wine.

A big ripe chewy Zinfandel made in a style to highlight the rich raspberry and spicy blackberry fruit character of these old Lodi Zinfandel Vineyards.

This is a secret blend hand-crafted in the cellars of St. Amant.  It’s a robust blended red comprised of Zinfandel, Cabernet, Petite Sirah and a few secret ingredients to deliver a full-bodied mouthwatering red. The wine is for those that love great wine without the pretense.

We planted Cabernet Sauvignon in our Amador County vineyard back in 2012, and over the past decade have experimented with producing wine from this block to create a wine that represents the unique qualities of our vineyard and highlights the varietal character inherent in Cabernet Sauvignon. The resulting wine is beautifully balanced with dark berry fruit, a subtle herbal note and supple tannins.

Our latest batch of Tawny Port is a blend of three barrels. The casks aged untouched to slowly mature and concentrate flavors over many years. The resulting wine boasts a deep amber hue, stunning aromas that fill the room, and a long nutty finish.
